Step 1: Initial Consultation
Contact us to schedule a meeting at your convenience. During this meeting, we invite you and your family to visit our grand display home, where we discuss your needs, desires, and land requirements, such as site fall and soil classification. Based on our discussion, we provide you with an initial design and pricing for your home.
Step 2: Design and Selection
Once you’re satisfied with the initial design and price, we begin developing the plans with our expert engineers and architects. We’ll also guide you in selecting your preferred external and internal items for your dream home. You may need to visit our business partner showrooms to see these items, while we handle the necessary approvals for your home.
Step 3: Construction and Progress Updates
The most exciting part of the process begins as you visit your dream home during its construction, supervised by our team. We regularly share updates on the progress, ensuring you stay connected and informed throughout the build.
Step 4: Move-In and Support
Finally, you receive the keys to your dream home and move in as a proud “New Home Owner.” While you enjoy your new home, our warranty and maintenance team is always available to assist you, though you may not need them.
