In response to a dearth of quality and reputed custom home builders in the residential market a decade ago, Varun Gupta and Dipak Patel formed BuildQ Group in 2013 with a vision to craft custom homes with premium inclusions for our clients. Both licensed builders, Varun and Dipak have hand-picked a team of professionals boasting over half a century of experience in residential construction and successfully completed over 650 luxury homes.
We treat clients’ homes as our own, ensuring that each home receives the required level of personal care and attention.
Our in-house interior designers complement high-end luxury building, as we believe interior designing is the heart and soul of any beautiful home.

- Proudly completed 3 state-of-the-art display homes to showcase our teams’ talent, creativity, space utilization, colour schemes, high voids and ceilings. Our current display home is located on 74 Ridgeline Drive, The Ponds
- Successfully delivered 14 high-end resort-style homes on Furber Street, The Ponds exemplifying our teams’ talent, design capability, creativity and space utilization.
- Ventured into commercial warehouse construction with the acquisition of commercial land in South Windsor.
